特殊鋼大棒材生產(chǎn)線總體工藝由意大利達涅利公司設(shè)計。加熱爐、開坯機、鋼坯火焰清理機、連軋機、飛剪、kocks、組合鋸、砂輪鋸等關(guān)鍵核心設(shè)備和部分控制系統(tǒng)從法國斯坦因公司、意大利達涅利公司、美國L-TEC公司、德國kocks公司以及奧地利布朗公司引進；全線采用全數(shù)字交流變頻傳動系統(tǒng)。軋線配置及軋機選型：軋線采用半連軋模式，粗軋機采用1150mm二輥閉口可逆式軋機，精軋機采用8+4架短應力線式軋機，平立交替布置，定尺鋸采用4臺組合熱鋸及及布朗鋸鋸切。該生產(chǎn)線采用在線測徑技術(shù)、無損探傷技術(shù)、控軋控冷技術(shù)、在線火焰清理技術(shù)、熱裝熱送技術(shù)，?50mm~?160mm配備德國KOCKS減定徑軋機，可實現(xiàn)自由尺寸軋制。產(chǎn)品規(guī)格：圓鋼?50mm～?300mm；方鋼100mmx100mm～180mmx180mm；軋制用坯195mmx195mm～360mmx360mm。著力打造以軸承鋼、齒輪鋼、合金結(jié)構(gòu)鋼、優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼、非調(diào)質(zhì)鋼、高壓鍋爐管鋼、錨鏈鋼等產(chǎn)品為主的特殊鋼生產(chǎn)基地，特鋼產(chǎn)品覆蓋汽車及工程機械、石油化工、風力發(fā)電、鐵路及軌道交通等行業(yè)。該生產(chǎn)線生產(chǎn)靈活，適應性強，產(chǎn)品精度高，組織性能穩(wěn)定，鋸切質(zhì)量高，技術(shù)裝備、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量及自動化水平均達到了國際先進水平。

The overall process of the special steel large bar production line was designed by Danieli Metallurgical Equipment Co., Ltd., a company based in Italy. Key core equipment such as heating furnaces, breakdown mills, steel billet flame cleaning machines, continuous rolling mills, flying shears, KOCKS, combination saws, and grinding saws, and some control systems are imported from companies such as Fives Stein in France, Danieli in Italy, L-TEC in the United States, KOCKS in Germany, and Braun in Austria. The whole line runs with a full-digital AC variable frequency drive system. In terms of the configuration of the rolling line and the selection of rolling mills, the rolling line runs in a semi-continuous rolling mode, with a ?1,150mm two-high reversible rolling mill for the cogging mill and an 8+4 short-stress-path rolling mill for the finishing rolling; the stands are arranged alternately horizontally and vertically. The fixed-length saws consist of 4 combination hot saws and Braun saws for cutting. The production line employs the online diameter measurement technology, non-destructive testing technology, controlled rolling and cooling technology, online flame cleaning technology, and hot charging and hot delivery technology. Equipped with German KOCKS reducing and sizing rolling mills capable of achieving free size rolling ranging from ?50mm to ?160mm.  It mainly produces round steel with the specification ranging from ?50mm to ?300mm, square steel with the specification ranging from 100mm×100mm to 180mm×180mm, and rolling billets with the specification ranging from 195mm×195mm to 360mm×360mm. The company focuses on building a special steel production base primarily for bearing steel, gear steel, alloyed structural steel, high-quality carbon structural steel, non-quenched and tempered steel, high-pressure boiler tube steel, and anchor steel. Special steel products cover industries such as automobiles and engineering machinery, petrochemicals, wind power generation, railways, and rail transportation. The production line is flexible and highly adaptable, with high product accuracy, stable organizational performance and high sawing quality. Its technical equipment, product quality, and automation level have all reached international advanced standards.
