全連續(xù)棒材生產(chǎn)線采用煤氣蓄熱式加熱爐，全線18架軋機平立交替布置，鋼坯通過達涅利無頭焊接設(shè)備實現(xiàn)無頭軋制。工序?qū)崿F(xiàn)了自動計數(shù)、自動打包、機器人自動焊牌等智能化流程。電控系統(tǒng)采用德國西門子6RA70全數(shù)字直流傳動裝置和美國GE9070可編程序控制器，倍尺飛剪及控制系統(tǒng)采用意大利設(shè)備，該條生產(chǎn)線屬國際先進水平。產(chǎn)品規(guī)格：?12mm～?40mm，主要生產(chǎn)碳素鋼及建筑鋼等產(chǎn)品。

The fully continuous bar production line is heated by a gas-fired regenerative heating furnace, the 18 rolling mills on the whole line are arranged alternately horizontally and vertically and steel billets are rolled through Danieli’s headless welding equipment. It also features such intelligent processes as automatic counting, automatic packaging, and automatic robot welding by robots. The electric control system composed by a German Siemens 6RA70 full-digital DC transmission device and an American GE9070 programmable logic controller, and the Italian multiple-length flying shear and control system make this production line world-class. The product specification ranges from ?12mm to ?40mm, with main products mainly including carbon steel, construction steel and others.
