煉鋼系統(tǒng)擁有1300噸混鐵爐一座、120噸雙工位KR脫硫裝置一座、120噸頂?shù)讖?fù)吹轉(zhuǎn)爐兩座、60噸頂?shù)讖?fù)吹轉(zhuǎn)爐兩座、120噸LF精煉爐四座、120噸RH精煉爐兩座、60噸LF精煉爐三座、60噸VD精煉爐兩座，康卡斯特合金鋼大方（圓）坯連鑄機(jī)一臺(tái)，特殊鋼大圓坯連鑄機(jī)一臺(tái)，八機(jī)八流、七機(jī)七流、六機(jī)六流、五機(jī)五流方坯連鑄機(jī)各一臺(tái)，五機(jī)五流矩形坯連鑄機(jī)一臺(tái)，具備年產(chǎn)500萬(wàn)噸鋼的生產(chǎn)能力。 

The steelmaking system includes one 1,300-ton metal mixer, one 120-ton dual-station KR desulfurization unit, two 120-ton top and bottom combined blown converters, two 60-ton top and bottom combined blown converters, four 120-ton LF refining furnaces, two 120-ton RH refining furnaces, three 60-ton LF refining furnaces, two 60-ton VD refining furnaces, one Comcast alloy steel bloom (round billet) continuous casting machine, one special steel round billet continuous casting machine, one eight-strand bloom continuous casting machine, one seven-strand bloom continuous casting machine, one six-strand bloom continuous casting machine, one five-strand bloom continuous casting machine, and one five-strand rectangular billet continuous casting machine, with an annual production capacity of 5 million tons of steel.
